Our British Columbia based client is a leader in the Transportation sector and is focused on driving business success through the use of innovative and leading edge technology.
The client is seeking a Senior Integration Developer – CRM to take on a key, permanent role within their Victoria team. This position is responsible for developing, supporting, maintaining and implementing the Applications Integration and/or CRM solutions, and provides technical analysis with solutions for new and existing applications.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Work with Business Analysts and Architects to understand business requirements and develop detailed design specifications;
- Real-time delivery of data to change/message queues, operational data stores, reporting databases; data standardization routines; data transformations; processing of complex business rules; application and system workflow components; security and data privacy constraints;
- Creation of metadata repository and integration with external systems using web services;
- Work with Change Management Team to test, promote and deploy developed solutions;
- Setup, configuration and customization of Oracle Siebel CRM;
- Perform unit and development integration testing;
- Tests systems for patches, upgrades and compatibility with other systems used at the client; and develops comprehensive scripts and/or auditing of existing scripts;
- Work with Functional Team to ensure complete migration of solution/fixes to Production;
- Work with development team during testing initiatives;
- Recommends new process improvement initiatives for the Development Team;
- Develop and support integration solutions with Oracle HR with sensitive information.

| Must Haves |
>5 years experience with Oracle technologies
- PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, and/or Oracle Siebel CRM Application Integration (including eScript, Workflow, Business Services and Integration Objects)
- Oracle Application Server experience
- Oracle Application Integration experience
- UML and object oriented design experience
- Strong understanding of third party application interfacing methods and mapping rules with ERP.
